Amazon Black Friday Cyber Monday Deals Checklist

Use our interactive checklist below to ensure you are ready to make the most of Amazon’s BFCM 2024 event.

1) Product Listings Optimised for Deal Pages

Product Titles include SEO keywords while ensuring they’re clear and concise.

Bullet Points & Descriptions highlight key features, benefits, and any holiday-specific promotions.

Images are high resolution, show the product from multiple angles, and meet Amazon’s guidelines.

Hidden Keywords are updated and refined to boost search rankings and maximize visibility.

2) Inventory Management

Ensure Stock Levels to meet increased demand. Account for expected sales volume and lead times.

Inbound FBA stock ASAP and allow 1 extra week for invetory to be checked into Amazon’s fulfillment centers.

Have a restocking plan in place if products sell out faster than expected.

3) Pricing & Promotions on BFCM

Plan your discounts and deal strategy (e.g. Lightning Deals, Coupons, etc.) well in advance.

Set up coupons, discounts, and promotions within Seller Central, and ensure they’re scheduled correctly.

Monitor competitor pricing prior to deal event and adjust your strategy as needed.

4) Advertising & Marketing

Enable Paid Advertising before the deal event as traffic will already start to increase.

Allocate at least a 2X higher budget for PPC to capture increased traffic.

Create Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display cmapaigns on Amazon Ads Central.

Drive traffic from external channels directly to your product listings (not your ad) to increase conversion

5) Analysis & Reporting

Monitor sales, conversion and ad spend in real time during the event and adjust accordingly.

Monitor competitor activities including keyword bids to ensure you are standing out for the event.

Ensure all orders are fulfilled quickly to avoid delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
