Pending or registered Trademark with IP Australia (or equivalent worldwide authority)

Trademark must be in the form of a text-based or an image-based mark (design mark)

2. Sign in and enrol your brand

If you are the trademark owner, you can submit a Brand Registry application. However if you are only an authorised agent, request the owner add your account as an additional user.

First, sign in to Amazon Brand Registry with your Seller Central account, if you don’t have one, create one for free.

Submit the relevant information including Brand Name, Trademark ID and an Image of your product with your Brand affixed.

3. Post submission
